Los Angeles Office
As a member of the Encipient™ investment team, the Portfolio Manager is responsible for the day to day management and implementation of investments for a specific group of clients across a broad and diverse mix of investment vehicles. The position has responsibility for supporting and managing existing client relationships by implementing the investment portion of the overall wealth management services provided to clients. These clients are primarily affluent individuals and families and may also include tax strategy, retirement, trust, or charitable portfolios.
The PM will also serve on the firm’s Investment Committee providing research and input on strategic and tactical asset allocation guidelines for portfolios firm-wide. This includes responsibility for conducting due diligence on separate account managers, researching a range of investment vehicles, and making recommendations on which to include on the firm’s list of recommended investments for use in client portfolios.

Los Angeles Office
The Investment Analyst works under the guidance of the Investment Analyst and is responsible for assisting in establishing appropriate policies and procedures for the ongoing monitoring, valuation and accounting. He will be responsible to plan, develop, organize, coordinate and maintain appropriate documentation for the ongoing monitoring of alternative investments. Investment monitoring will be performed in concert with the Investment Committee.
The Investment Analyst will be actively involved in the analysis and execution of both new and existing business. There is significant opportunity for exposure to senior management and inclusion in strategic discussions. There will be a strong focus on quantitative analysis, modeling, and reporting, matched with practical business application. The ideal candidate will possess excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills, in addition to strong interpersonal and negotiation expertise. Some travel is required. Minimum of 4 years of experience and Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or other quantitative subject areas is required.
